1. We want to help develop better movers and better players. We care about the wellbeing of the children in our club. 

2. We believe soccer is about values and about community.  That being a part of Marshfield United, you support everyone, and not just your own child.  

3. "Love for the game drives development." We want to help create an environment for that love to grow.

4. We view learning through an Ecological lens. We value the individual- environment relationship. We believe skilled players act on information in their environment and so we want to design that information into our practices for players to interact with.  We want to allow players the opportunity to make their own decisions, to make mistakes, and learn from them.  This is a long term development mindset.  If you want your child to be constantly told what to do and feel that skills could be better developed with rote drills, then our club will not be a good fit for you.
